- This paper introduces a novel emotion recognition dataset ICER (Indian Contextual Emotion Recognition) which consists of 12,446 video clips which are taken from Indian movies, web-series, short-clips from YouTube. There were two tasks Facial Expression Classification and Valence-Arousal Classification.
